NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission are committed to help and support the ATLs to reach their potential and enable them to guide the students to become innovators & solution providers.
Towards this objective, a set of training workshops are being organized for teachers from all schools with ATLs with support from Intel & IBM. The objective is to orient the teachers and provide them with the know-how to become enablers for the entire process and journey of tinkering in schools.
This is a 5 day teacher training workshop and every school has to nominate 2 teachers from their school for the same. The nominated teachers need to register online on the Scheduler link given below and select the batch for training. The allocation of schools and states to a particular training venue has been done by the online scheduler and once a teacher has signed up he/she will get to see the exact details – date, venue, address etc. It has been ensured that each of the school will get an opportunity to attend one training workshop in a not so far ATL.
The trainings will happen at 10 different locations – at 10 Atal Tinkering Labs, supported by Intel as hub ATLs, in Delhi, Jodhpur, Guwahati, Bangalore, Port Blair, Trivandrum, Raipur, Chandigarh, and Ahmedabad & Vishakhapatnam. All the selected schools from first phase have been mapped to these 10 Labs.
