Maulika Kulkarni is a young professional working with the Atal Tinkering Labs team at the Atal Innovation Mission. She began her journey in the development sector with the Teach For India Fellowship, where she worked directly with students and communities to strengthen access to quality learning. She completed her Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has since worked closely with marginalised communities across different educational contexts.
Her experience spans building accessible and innovative learning environments, designing interventions for diverse learners, and supporting schools to adopt practices that nurture creativity and problem-solving. She believes deeply in the power of equitable education and hopes to see a future where every child in India has access to opportunities that inspire innovation and unlock their full potential.
